Membership Renewal FAQ

Your membership runs on a calendar year, January-December. You’ll receive renewal reminders via email as your due date approaches (January 1). To ensure you receive communications, log on to your member dashboard and update your profile/communication preferences.

Once renewals are open, visit our Renewal web page, log in with your Academy username and password, and follow the prompts. Renewing takes less than two minutes.

If you are enrolled in Yearly EZ Pay, your membership renewal will be processed the first week in December. You will receive a notification email prior to being charged.

If you are enrolled in Monthly EZ Pay, your membership is charged month-to-month. In December, dues are charged twice—once for December and once for January. You will receive a notification email prior to being charged each time.

All other financial arrangements can be addressed on a case-by-case basis by Academy staff. Email membership@audiology.org to learn more about possible options.

Renewing is also a great time to review and update your member profile so your benefits and communications stay aligned with your needs.

You’ll lose access to advanced learning opportunities, clinical resources, member‑exclusive benefits and discounts, advocacy alerts, and your professional community.

We offer reduced rates for students, new professionals, retired audiologists, and more.

We also offer monthly and annual payment plans and assistance through our Member Support Program.
