Guidelines for Academy Leadership Travel to State and Other Meetings
The American Academy of Audiology is delighted by your interest in hosting a representative from the Academy’s at your future event or meeting. As the event host, you agree to cover the cost associated with travel to and from the event. We are sensitive to non-profit organizations with limited funds and may be able to help defray expenses by finding a local representative. All interested parties should complete the Speaking Request Form. Additionally, travel expenses covered by the host include:
- Round-trip airfare, coach
- Ground transportation to and from the event
- Hotel accommodations
- Event registration, if applicable
